Supernatural x Sandman double drabble
Jun. 25th, 2010 07:39 pmSandpaperFace gave me The Absolute Death for my birthday! This is what happened in my head after I finished looking through all the art at the end:
Sam knows Dean's type of girl, and she? Isn't it. Dean's type is tawdry, blonde, and real curvy, T and A, y'know what I mean, Sammy? Dean's type is well-endowed truck stop waitresses in short-shorts and tank tops, is bar flies wearing miniskirts and necklines down to their navels.
But.
Sam thinks that this is the kind of girl Dean would marry.
Boyish and brunette, with hair to rival any of Dean's favorite drummers, she wears work boots, jeans, a black button-down over her black tank top. Her taste in jewelry is questionable, but Sam can tell by the way she knocks back a shot that she knows how to throw a punch.
She's nice, too -- weirdly, unfailingly friendly, with a shameless laugh and the kind of humor that Dean appreciates, a little rude, a lot smart.
Sam's already thinking of her as Dean's Girl, which is why he's speechless when she leaves with a wink and a smile, saying, "he doesn't need me; he's got you."
